blu-3 has recently relocated from Croydon, Surrey, to its new Eden House facility in New Hythe Lane, Aylesford. The site has been designed with a strong focus on employee health and wellbeing to offer a much-improved working environment. This is in line with the company’s stated corporate values of being a caring company, where the health and wellbeing of its employees are of paramount concern.
blu-3 has invested in developing Eden House, a 14,000 sq ft facility that encompasses spacious open plan offices, break-out areas, meeting suites, a gym and shower rooms. The new site will accommodate 75-100 employees.

blu-3 is a family-run business, established in 2004 in Maidstone, Kent. Following years of growth and expansion, the company moved to premises in Croydon, Surrey in 2009. The decision to move back to where it all began came about because central London space is at a premium and moving back to where the heart of blu-3 was established was important to the management team.
