Trapac Tile and Snow Guards used for £3 billion Chelsea barracks development

The first of six phases to build 448 homes on the 13 acre former Chelsea Barracks site includes 123 designated as ‘affordable’. Having been sold by the MoD for almost £1 billion the £3 billion development, designed by architects Squire and Partners, consists of three blocks of up to eight storeys containing 74 apartments.

Klober Trapac® Tile and Snow Guards were used as an easy-to-fit means of preventing tile fragments, snow or other débris from falling to the ground. Suitable for installation with flat or profiled concrete interlocking tiles, support brackets are linked using grid connectors and need no support batten.
