Imperial Bricks has created a new display at The Building Centre, in central London. The stand, on the ground level, features a selection of the 40+ styles of traditional handmade, waterstruck, wirecut and pressed bricks that Imperial supplies.
With varying styles, colours and textures on show, Imperial Bricks’ range is ideal for matching existing brickwork in renovation and restoration projects, as well as adding character for new build developments. The Yellow Stock range in particular replicates traditional types of bricks used across London, available in weathered and reclamation finishes.
The stand is located in a prime position near the entrance to the Materials Library. Imperial’s range is now also listed on the The Building Centre’s Specifinder product directory with full technical information.
Jason Hughes, Managing Director at Imperial Bricks says:
“This permanent, informative display will help visitors find out more about our range and our services including brick matching and bespoke blending across the UK for London and beyond. Architects, specifiers and construction professionals with an interest in using traditional handmade bricks can see and feel the bricks up close.”
The Building Centre promotes innovation in the built environment and is open to all involved in architecture and construction, and the general public, with free entry. Holding regular events and exhibitions, it’s also a place to learn and develop knowledge and be part of the ongoing debates about building and the environment.
