Louise Dixon Chapman has joined HOK’s consulting group as Regional Practice Leader in London.
A recognised leader in strategic and programmatic planning, she brings over 20 years of experience in evaluating clients’ functional and operational processes, assessing organisational structures and improving the effectiveness of corporate, business and operational strategies.

Louise joins HOK from American multinational software company Red Hat, Inc., where she served as Head of Global Workplace Design and Communication.
Prior to this, she served as Red Hat’s Head of Global Workplace Planning while based in the UK and US. She was also Workplace Strategy Manager across the firm’s Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific regions.

Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design with Architecture from the Mount Vernon Campus of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She is working towards achieving the Master of Corporate Real Estate – Workplace designation from CoreNet Global.
