Lesley MacDonagh has joined tp bennett as a non-executive chairman to support the strategic vision of the practice and supplement its leadership with additional professional services expertise.
tp bennett approached Lesley with the position after a relationship spanning almost 20 years when they first worked together delivering 400,000 sq ft of interiors for the headquarters of Hogan Lovells where Lesley was chief executive.
As part of her role, Lesley will bring an external, professional services perspective into the boardroom and support the decision making process, succession planning and the development of new talent across the practice.

As well as her recent appointment to tp bennett, Lesley is currently non-exec director of the University of Law, Charles Russell Speechly, and BDO LLP. Her previous non-exec director roles have been with SEGRO PLC, Bovis Homes, and Ogier. Lesley was also chief executive of Hogan Lovells international law firm for 12 years.
