The upgrade to Silver Investors in People status reflects the efforts we have made in employee involvement, training and communications such as the Naylor Employee Forum as well as committing to employ 2.5% of our Barnsley workforce in Apprenticeship positions by April 2014 which we have exceeded and now have eight apprentices across the group, six of which are at our businesses in South Yorkshire. We have further committed to employ at least one apprentice per year across our group as we continue to invest in our people both now and in the future.
