Specifiers across the UK could be finding their jobs a little easier thanks to a new look sales team at top flooring company Tarkett.
The expert team has been reinforced by a number of new arrivals including regional sales managers for the North and South, as well as a new manager for key accounts and the Tandus commercial carpets range.
Steve Urwin, Tarkett UK marketing manager, said the aim of expanding the sales team is to make life as easy for specifiers as possible by providing a more dedicated service.

The new team includes:
Samantha Boyd promoted to the role of National Key Accounts Manager looking after healthcare, education, office and retail sectors with a specific focus on the new Tandus commercial carpet collections.
“I’ve worked for Tarkett for the past seven years and in that time have built a huge knowledge and understanding of the full Tarkett product range.
“This means I can deliver architects and specifiers with a bespoke, problem solving service that provides a complete solution to meet their needs.
“It’s a hugely diverse role that I’m really excited about. Tarkett has a lot to shout about and I’m looking forward to being to the one to do it.”
Stephen Kemp has joined Tarkett as Regional Sales Manager for the North, overseeing a team covering the East Midlands, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
“My background is in construction – I’ve worked in many areas including logistics, advertising and building products, and this experience gives me a good insight into the many needs of our customers.”
