TNQ shapes a new skyline for Colindale

Colindale’s tallest new building at landmark regeneration development, TNQ, celebrates its final phase of construction.

As one of the area’s largest new developments in both scale and size, TNQ is made up of five striking buildings that are helping to forge a new skyline on Edgware Road.

As the development’s pinnacle building, TNQ 1 is 17 storeys tall and includes 81 apartments and two luxury penthouses that enjoy panoramic views over London. Increasing the vertical profile of the area this event also marks an important milestone in the borough’s wider regeneration.

Named one of the four ‘Corridors of Change’, the Edgware Road is undergoing extensive regeneration to provide high quality developments, local services, improved transport and access to enhanced green space and leisure facilities.

Created by innovative developer NEAT in partnership with Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) and constructed by Shepherd, TNQ’s 460 apartments and four landscaped courtyards sit some 40ft above ground level on top of the 60,000 sq. ft. retail and leisure space.

The occasion was marked with a ceremony on site, and was attended by NEAT Developments, Royal London Asset Management, as well as construction company, Shepherd.

“Today marks an important stage on this high profile project, which has seen almost 800,000 man hours spent in construction with around 500 people on site each day working hard to get to this crucial stage.”
