SPARK has secured planning consent for a major mixed-use redevelopment in London, opposite Victoria Station. The development will transform a vacant building managed by AXA Real Estate and create 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sq m) of office, residential and retail space across nine storeys.

The project will create around 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) of office space, benefitting from dramatic new full height bay windows. The office space will be accessed from a striking new office entrance on Wilton Road directly opposite Victoria Station. The internal space has been designed with complete flexibility to suit a range of occupiers and is intended to be a counterpoint to the more traditional space in the local market. The ground floor will provide new retail opportunities, further enhancing the street presence and amenities of the building.
