A successful project is not just the sum of its parts

Striking the right balance between form and function is a delicate task, and with so many choices available the process can become increasingly complex. That is where the added support from the manufacturer can help you to find the products that meet the demands of your brief.

Detailed product literature, tailored technical advice and third-party accreditations for extra peace of mind are just some of the components that manufacturers should deliver to make the specification phase of a development as seamless as possible.

At Marley, we aim to support architects from the outset. By opting for a single-source roof system solution, you can rest assured that all components have been tested to work together in unison. What is more, we offer an extensive product information library covering everything from declarations of performance, BIM and CAD files to EPDs, to equip you with all the details you need to make the best decision.

Providing value beyond the product: a case study on Miners Court

During our partnership with Coastline Housing, Marley helped to deliver more than 200 kWh of solar power to 64 assisted-living flats, offering a more energy-efficient living environment for the tenants.

Miners Court, Coastline Housing’s first solar PV project, benefited from early specification input, solar panel installation training for the Coastline Housing roofing team, and on-site guidance to ensure smooth project delivery throughout.

The roof system now in place can deliver more than 200 kWh. For the 64 assisted-living flats it serves, that means lower electricity costs and a better, more energy-efficient living environment.

With a thin leading edge of only 18 mm and an interlocking design, our Edgemere range strikes the right balance between aesthetic appeal, installation considerations and cost-effectiveness.

JB Red Roofing Batten

The JB Red machine-graded battens contribute to a strong foundation, thanks to the slow-grown, kiln-dried sideboards used in their manufacture.
