Pre-plumbed in controlled conditions at Horne’s factory, for consistent quality and robustness, every shower is also fully pressure tested. Installation, therefore, is a quick and simple affair- hang the panel at the chosen location, affix to the wall (4 screws), connect the supply pipework and commission into service. Voila!

T4 or T9 type showers (as pictured), feature an integral In-Line thermal Disinfection Unit plus key-holed pipe cover. This patented device easily addresses retrograde contamination of the shower and water supply by pathogens. For the protection of vulnerable users, especially in care settings, this proven safety feature facilitates routine thermal disinfection of the shower’s internal pipework, valve, and shower head, utilising the available hot water supply.
The pipe cover, with same profile as the shower panel, can also be specified as an accessory for A-type shower models. Available in two lengths, these accommodate for difference ceiling heights. Primarily removing the ligature risk presented by the exposed supply pipework, it also offers a hygiene cover for easy cleaning and improved aesthetics.
