Visqueen’s third party accredited Gas Resistant Self Adhesive and Ultimate GeoSeal membranes are Type A barrier membranes for use when ground gas protection is required in conjunction with waterproofing protection. We also offer liquid Type A protection – Visqueen Axiom Guard and Visqueen Axiom UniSeal.
Either specified separately, or in conjunction with our Type B (structurally integral) crystalline waterproofing admixture, Visqueen IGW Admix offers continuous protection for the lifetime of the concrete structure. Visqueen IGW Admix is suitable for CEM I (100% cement content) and CEM II (up to 35% cement replacement) mixes. When combined with ready mix concrete at batching plants, it produces a crystalline reaction which enhances water resistance and durability of the cured concrete.
Type C (drained) protection is achieved by our BBA certified cavity drain product range. Floor and wall applied membranes provide the choice and convenience for a wide variety of applications.
