LAMILUX launch world’s first Passivhaus Certified Smoke Vent Rooflight

LAMILUX have been supplying Passivhaus rooflights and roof glazing products for many years now, so are extremely proud to announce the newest addition to their Passivhaus portfolio: an EN 12101-2 certified smoke vent rooflight.

Brand new to the LAMILUX Passivhaus portfolio, the worlds first Passivhaus certified Smoke Vent rooflight, fulfils the requirements as a certified Passive House efficiency class: phC component with its heat transfer coefficent USL of 0.85 w/(m²k).

Combining all the advantages of the Glass Skylight FE Passivhaus rooflight, by LAMILUX, with the safety features of an EN 12101-2 certified SHEV, this quadruple glazed AOV is now available for you to specify on your upcoming Passivhaus projects.

LAMILUX have worked on the majority of the exemplary Passivhaus projects in the UK, including Harris Academy Secondary School and George Davis Medical Building at University of Leicester, therefore demonstrating that they already have the stringent installation quality control measures – this is extremely important for achieving the correct installation interfaces and so on.
